GA Faculty - Choreography (Gr. 1-8)

Amelia is originally from Calgary, but now calls Corner Brook home. From a young age she

developed a love of dance and musical theatre, and decided to continue her passions at the

Randolph College in Toronto. Since graduating she has been performing in musicals across

Canada and the United States. For the last seven years she’s been performing and

choreographing shows at the Stephenville Theatre Festival which caused her to fall in love with

Western Newfoundland.

She has been lucky enough to have the opportunity to teach at studios in Toronto, Calgary and

Amman, Jordan where she and her colleagues created a Kindergarten to Grade 3 performing

arts program. She specializes in Musical Theatre and Tap, but has a strong background in jazz,

ballet, contemporary and lyrical as well.

She could not be more thrilled to be joining the team at Graham Academy and is looking

forward to an amazing year!
